I have been a patient of Nadeenas since 2021. I’ve followed him from Elwood, Moonee Ponds, Brunswick and now to Kew. I even moved to the Brunswick area to be closer for appointments. Nadeena and his patient centred human first approach, always caring, listening, and clear simple treatments and exercises, has changed my life. As someone with several chronic illnesses, the dry needling and regular physio helps me to be able to function. I have recently also experienced in hospital rehab for a fractured ankle, which left me with confusing messaging, unclear non hands on treatment and in pain. Instead of that I went back to Nadeena and in one session he took away 95% of my pain. You wont regret being a patient at Head 2 Toe.
